The Lone Suitcase
This whole story happened not long after EasyJet flew the suitcase of an 88-year-old lady from Luton to Bordeaux, but left her at the airport itself. Living in Bedfordshire, Joy Burton got to EasyJet’s home base with a lot of time for her flight. She was going to southwest France.

Family Visit
She was flying to Bordeaux to see her son. One lived there, but the other made a round trip from Canterbury for four hours to take Ms. Burton to the airport. He assisted her in checking in her luggage and said goodbye as she went through security. All of this happened more than 90 minutes prior to departure time.
