The Discovery
The trowel struck a solid object as Arthur drove it into the ground. He went a little more out of curiosity and found a little, worn box. He opened it carefully and discovered a few faded pictures. Arthur held them in the last of the sunlight and saw the big smile on Jared’s younger face. The images appeared to endure for decades, preserving treasured moments.
