The cyst inside Katie’s belly weighed in at whopping 60 pounds, she was weighing 60 pounds more because of this thing! She was awoken by nurses describing and showing her images of just how big it was.

As Katie awoke from surgery she was totally out of it, she was dazed and overwhelmed. Katie explained, “I remember still being groggy from the anesthetic as they wheeled me back to the ward and excited hospital staff was shoving photos in front of me.” The staff were just as shook as she was.
