According to another story, 29 passengers on a flight from Malaga to Bristol missed their flight because the airline failed to board them. The passengers were waiting to board when they found out that their plane had taken off.

When the plane left, their luggage was in the hold. One of the passengers was 58-year-old Lain Locke. He said they were “trapped” in the boarding gate’s corridor. “The stairwell was full, and people were getting on the plane, but then boarding seemed to stop,” he recalled.
