The monkey sanctuary
They didn’t recognize Apollo was a special monkey, so he went to a monkey sanctuary to be housed among other monkeys. Rick had already seen the sanctuary’s awful conditions and disliked its owner. It appeared that he was torturing the monkeys.

Sad Apollo
Rick continued to visit Apollo at the sanctuary. He noticed that Apollo was not happy at all. Rick found it difficult to see Apollo this way. Rick did everything he could to get Apollo released, but the authorities refused. However, Rick was determined to free his best friend Apollo.
