Guardium Unmanned Ground Military Vehicles
This is a small patrol vehicle that can transport 1.2 tons of arms, cargo, or sensors. For the Israeli Defense Forces, it is a major force multiplier. It has the highest endurance of any land drone in the world, with a 24-hour battle or 48-hour cruise battery pack. It can be controlled remotely or switched to a fully autonomous mode. This UGCV would enable a small border patrol force to manage large areas of land.

TERN Program
Real, the military employs a large number of small unmanned aerial vehicles. Not all of them, however, could be used on small decks or in rough seas. This is where DARPA’s TERN Program comes in. Although the name is short for “Tactically Exploited Reconnaissance Node,” it is nice that it conjures up images of a seabird. Its aim is to fill a gap in the market by introducing a plane that can land and take off on its tail.
