Remember that you are a member for life once you are in it. Members do not retire. Only if they break a rule are, they ever kicked out. Essentially, the charter becomes your second family. The group members spend plenty of time with one another. It should help ensure that many members have known each other for a long time before becoming official members. Not Allowed To Talk To The Media
The Hells Angels members are not allowed to talk to the media because they are secretive in their dealings. Not only does this protect the group, but it also enforces the rules that members don’t talk about one of their own to outsiders. Julian Sher explained that since it is part of their safety measures, members cannot talk about their codes. By keeping things between themselves, the group can reduce the risk of leaked information.
