Bill Walton established a name for himself with the UCLA Bruins in the 1970s. After all, he won two national championships with them back then! Following that, he entered the NBA and played for the Portland Trailblazers. With Portland, he won two titles and was named MVP. He retired in 1987 after overcoming his stammer. This aided him in launching a successful career as an NBA analyst for ABC/ESPN, CBS, NBC, and the Los Angeles Clippers. He took a sabbatical for a period but has recently returned to full-time work.

When he retired in 2003, the former Chicago Bulls star was set for life. During his tenure in the league, he earned $90 million, but he has since increased that to $1.3 billion. While he could afford to stop working, he decided to continue. He is currently the Charlotte Hornets’ owner. Aside from that, he has worked with businesses such as Gatorade and Hanes. He also runs a car dealership and a restaurant.
